Richmond Branch has a demonstration team who can be available to dance at community or private events such as summer fetes and Burns Night suppers, as well as in settings such as care homes and sheltered accommodation.
Our displays can also include a chance for our audience to get up and dance with us - with dances specially chosen and choreographed for those with limited mobility or who need to remain seated, where needed- or if you prefer, you can just sit back and let us entertain you! If the musicians in our team are available, some music/singing items may also be included.
Whilst our team will always dance our best for you, our biggest aim in our demonstrations is not a perfect performance, but to share our love of Scottish Country Dancing with our audience - and hopefully to leave you feeling as happy as we do when we dance!
No fee is charged for our displays, although a donation to our funds is often appreciated.
If you would like to include Scottish Country Dancing at at your venue or event, please contact us.
