Welcome!

Welcome to the RSCDS Richmond Branch!

At Richmond in North Yorkshire there is a fairly small but very active branch.

We have a variety of classes to suit different needs. Every season from September to April we hold weekly mixed ability classes taken by our two teachers. In the summer we hold classes to prepare our dancers for the White Rose Festival in Leeds. Occasionally we have a class on a Sunday afternoon for dancers who wish to be a little more challenged with their dancing.

We also hold dances and socials on a regular basis between September and April.

The Branch has decided to continue with two of the simple precautions, originally introduced following the pandemic, which have helped us prevent the spread of Covid-19 and other illnesses at our classes and events. These are:

sanitising between partners (sanitiser provided, or you're welcome to bring your own)

staying at home if you're feeling unwell, or if you know/suspect you have something contagious (such as Covid-19)

Thank you for your help in keeping each other safe and well as we enjoy dancing together.
